Closed our account after spending over 50k with them to fit new showroom, now we cant shift there products, we spend a further 45k on building new rooms just for their products, owner then promised our account to be reinstated at the spring fair back but the sales director still refused the following week, really bad service and potentially making our business go under, we have been advised To go the papers due to impact or take legal action which we might do, I would strongly advise to stay away from them as they will take your money and then drop you (see other reviews) reception girls are lovely and they even agreed with us saying how unfair it was, but its nothing new as they do this regularly. You can get a lot of the same products at the likes of premier and there customer service is fantastic and actually care about their customers, we have stated to use Orchid house interiors too for the floral as they are great quality and cheaper, coach house does have the largest range of products but unfortunately they are heartless when it comes to business despite what they promote on there website about caring for small businesses.

Coach house engaged in making retailers fix their prices to a high price. Any retailer that would not sell their items at a fixed ridiculous price were cut off as a retailer. They did this in ireland and Uk and were charged with this in the high court. Trying to be elitist but no class. Wouldnt deal with them ever again

We too received a disrespectful curse email from Coach House shortly after the pandemic, advising that we no longer met their criteria. Having had an account with them for over 20 years it has left a bad taste with me. Its not a big loss to my small business, over the past ten years the quality of what they sell has gone down hill, we ended up mainly using them for several styles of chairs which they sold, these were the few items they sold which met my standards. Some of what they sell looks ok in the brochure, in reality its very poor, cheaply made Chinese tat at overinflated prices. You have to be very careful with what you order if purchasing from this company. Poor quality items and poor quality customer service.
