This was ment to be a 40 min delivery and has turned out to be over 1 hour and 40 minutes... I call up to complain and the women who claims to be a manger says... 'count urself lucky... o cancel the order' the cheek these guys have.. make me wait over nearly 2 hours nland then say cancel we don't care.. Food gets here cold.. and the manager says cancel order again.. the service is rubbish and very slow.. no customer skills what so ever. Would never waste my time again or money on this rubbish service

Vegetarian options: Absolutely shocking service the worst pepes I've been in a store like this is a shame on the brand of pepes no customer service food burnt staff swearing amongst there self tables dirty had to pack food that wasn't burnt and eat it in car this branch is very bad for the brand gone way down hill never again

I order my food 17 o clock requests to the manager plz need 19:40 they delivered 18:50 food totally cold then ring and ask why send food early the lady on phone rude they said they cant deliver in time we have to many orders. Very sorry if you not done your work then not take more orders. Very disappointed there behaviour
