Never Again!!!!! I decided to eat in, and regretted my decision immediately. Ambient noise was horrendous, akin to sitting inside an industrial fan oven. Some poor woman was being "shouted" a job interview over the all-encompassing din. I hope for her sake that she doesn't get it. Having ordered using the electronic screens, I waited for my order....to consist of one Tea, one bacon cheeseburger with fries, and 6 nuggets. The Tea arrived as half a paper cupful. The nuggets were insipid, dried out and almost cold. The bacon cheeseburger was stone-cold and contained rashers of cold fat with the tiniest slivers of cold bacon barely visible. This I found in one half bite, which I hurriedly spat out into a napkin. I returned the burger and requested that it be warmed up as it was inedible, Only to be told that they couldn't do that, and I'd have to wait again for a warm replacement. So wait I did, whilst eating the remaining 4 luke-warm rubber nuggets and the remainder of the chips, which were actually the highlight of my lunch. By the time the replacement warm bacon cheeseburger had arrived, I'd already finished my Tea and chips. To think that I went out of my way to visit this establishment, and paid 12.58 for the privilege, is beyond me. I'll never risk it again. What a damned shambles of a place

Stopped here after last night after watching a film at the cinema. Ordered food just after 10pm, was half way through our meal, when all of a sudden we were asked to leave. As apparently they were short staffed. Were quite happy to serve and take our money. Very disappointed. Would not eat here again.
