Parkside Surgery

Really bad now this place over an hour an half to get through to be told to ring back at 8 in the morning

Went to see the nurse today for bloods doing etc and asked if she could look in my ear to see if my perforated ear drum is/healed to be told she didn't hv the instrument to check in my ears. What sort of surgery doesnt have the right equiment. Now I've to ring and wait 30 in the que when i was already there ridiculous

This surgery has gone down the drain since covid happened. When we joined 5 years ago the service was excellent. I remember phoning them for an urgent appointment at 5.30pm was given an appointment for 6.15pm. I also rung up for my mum once at 4.30pm got an appointment for 6.00pm and that was 5 years ago. Nowadays when you ring they'll say they don't have any appointments left and to ring next day at 8. So when you ring next day at 8 they put you on hold for almost an hour and say appointments have gone, shame really cos it used to be a very good surgery with excellent service. I remember recommending so many people in the past, never again though
