Not even a one star. Cannot get appointments or cancel appointments on website. Unable to get through on telephone

Do not care less about patients very bad management very rude reception staff. Nobody seems to know what they are doing no follow up appointments not looking after peoples I'm formation correct lots of mistakes with my records. my Poor dad received very poor care was left to suffer in silence for weeks!!!!!!!!!!!! surgery knew my dad was struggling to walk with a zimmerframe and breath with his heart getting weaker no angina spray to help him!!!!! left him to suffer on his own scared everyday!! No CARERS or anybody looking after him while he was suffering poor advice for his diabetes which led him to have a heart attack and die my heart is truly broke I'm disgusted with the service from this surgery my funny dad who helped everyone didn't diserve this treatment nobody does they don't cares less reception staff that put you off calling them for help I told them I felt like I was dying with my diabetes which she said i didn't have had a test which proved I did and have been left for years untreated scared to death when I rung and told her I felt like I was dying she rudly said there's nothing she could do told me I can only get help if I ring up at 8oclock in the morning my poor dad had to deal with this incompetence too!!! the day he died on 15 of march my birthday he rang 115 times to this surgery and got no answer!! the last call he made was to this surgery a four minute call to them we will never know what was said that day or why he was ringing think it was for help and they have failed him shortly after we found him dead on friday 17th March we was concerned cause he wasn't answering his phone went to see him no answer I rung ambulance when they finally got in his house we found him laying on the floor dead I am truly devestated scarred for life
