Worst staying along with yorkshire surgery. I dont know why do you even exist? World would be a better place without s*** service like yours

An absolute disgrace of a place , ignorant receptionist's , they dish out personal medical information over the counter in front of patients, are rude and dismissive, and if ever there was an award for staff who show ignorance, contempt, and disrespect then it should go to these jokers , the only receptionist with a doctors degree, hate these with a burning passion

Absolutely disgraceful! I have been trying to get an appointment for months! Been ringing as much as I can at 8am! Got that fed up I ended walking in to make an appointment in person, for them only to offer me a routine telephone appointment, comes to the day and I never get the call? The new system is a joke for some workers, we don't have the time for same day appointments and need to book in advance to be able to make arrangements! Besides by time you get through they've all gone for that day anyways!

If I could give zero stars I would, I have now been trying to get an appointment for my mental health for 2 weeks, it's an absolute joke at this surgery, you either can not get through, or when you do, you are told no more appointments left for today, phone back at 8am tomorrow, or they put the phone down when your on hold and yet when you do phone back at 8am you are told the same thing. Something needs to be done about this surgery it's shocking!

Its always been difficult to get through to get an appointment. They appear to have decided if they invest in a new phone system, rather than get more staff it would solve the problem. Unfortunately, it is now much worse. Even minutes after 8:00 you now get cut off by the new phone system. They need to revisit this problem!
