Had my appointment changed today by the admin . She said to me over the phone that my appointment was 9am but once I got to the front desk she said that I was 40 minutes late and that my appointment was 8am she said to call them back next monday for another appointment which is bad for me because i usually work on a monday and as I work long 12 hour shifts im not allowed to have my phone on me they also take over an hour before they answer the phone. I received no text to remind me of my appointment and personally feel that the people skills are shockingly poor the doctors & nurses are really nice at this practice but was really disappointed with the admin team & the lack of communication they have with their patients.

The receptionist are rude, unprofessional and uneducated,they seriously need to be trained before letting them deal with public.
