Thursby Surgery

I've been in contact for weeks trying to get a fitnote, I was told to do it over the internet, but a week later, they said i'd have to come into the building, I tried booking an appointment and was told to be there friday, come friday, they have again told me that it will be taking even longer than the 3 days I was promised during the first call, the receptionist need to do a better job, untrained, uncaring, unequipped, do better.

Ive been going to this surgery since I was a child. It was great when dr Bailey, dr anwar and few other doctors used to work there now it has gone downhill and when I ring up for appointments its always only on the day appointments when that is hard for people who work Monday-Friday as cant be expected to drop everything and attend an appointment. Had a chest infection which they didnt pick up on for weeks then gave me an inhaler thinking I have asthma without doing tests which made me even worse. Sorry now but Ive been pushed to change doctors which I have done this morning as Im extremely unhappy with the service provided. Also some receptionists are very rude and dont bother about what your trying to say to them
