Used to be a good surgery completely the opposite now not helpfull takes days to even talk to someone on the phone then pushed to St Peters centre at the other end of town what happened to local doctors disgusted and dissatisfied

Receptionist and staff are very cold, unwelcoming and downright unhelpful. There is no way to reach this practice by telephone or email. My phone appointment was scheduled for 11am, they called at 10:21, as an unknown number which meant I was unable to return the missed call. A short voicemail was left (4 seconds) wherein the receptionist said the practice would try again soon to reach me ; even after 6hrs, there had been no further attempts to contact me. This is already after the unncearily arduous task of getting an appointment booked. Absolutely terrible, i wouldn't recommend this practice for the life of me. I know for a fact i am one of many whomst has had embarrassingly poor treatment from Burnley group practice, Manchester road surgery

Horrible experience, horrible receptionist. Took ages to get through to them, my call kept being forwarded for half an hour, this was around 1pm. Then when I did get through the receptionist was very short and rude with me, even when the health issue I was discussing was sensitive. Awful awful experience. They should be ashamed of the service they are providing.
