Not sure when this place is going to return to normality/ reality. Patient still having to stand outside in the cold waiting to enter for an appointment. When asked why, when hospitals have returned to relative normality I was told that they are worried about staff catching covid but then agreed covid is here to stay. So it seems the waiting room is going to be permanently the car park, exposed to the wind and rain to protect the staff.

This has to be absolutely the worst surgery ever!! They are not there for patients' needs but rather there to exert authority on to people and behave in whichever manner they deem best suited to themselves! Callous reception staff man the front desk like vultures, preying on the most vulnerable! They sincerely lack in empathy, sympathy and human compassion! If anyone is after a surgery where your very basic needs will be met and you would like to be treated like a human being with emotions, then my advice to you would be to avoid this surgery like the plague!! Sad to admit that this used to be a pretty decent surgery once upon a time but has rapidly gone downhill!! :-( Dr Naheed if you do get round to reading this .. I would like to know, what exactly has happened?? How can your reception staff get away with putting your surgery in such bad light! Why do they possess so much arrogance? What gives them the right to speak and behave in the manner that they do? Why do they lack so much in compassion??? People walk in to the surgery with high hopes and certain expectations , so why are our expectations not met? Why do your staff who are mere mortals perceive themselves to be something of a higher power or status?? Please, please, please reassess and instill some training of humanity in to them!!! :-(

My husband & I were fortunate to attend the surgery on Saturday 30th August to receive our Covid-19 vaccination. The organisation by all the staff was excellent & they should all be very proud of all their efforts. Many, many thanks, we are so grateful for all that you do in these difficult circumstances. Everyone take care & stay safe xx
