Moved to this surgery from Burnley Group Practice and I am so happy I did, in 6 months all five members of my family have had face to face appointments, something that even precovid was impossible with my previous surgery. Can't recommend enough.

You can never ever get through even if you ring on the second of opening. Waiting in a que to result in no appointments. I have had pleurisy this year but got told on an over the phone app it was just a virus, ended up in hospital. Got told yesterday they couldnt help and ended up calling 111 for a chest infection that needed antibiotics and an inhaler. Now trying to get through for my son and it just diverts me. Some of the receptionists are quite rude. Changing doctors in the new year.

Honestly,, don't bother,, you will never get to see a GP, doesn't matter what the circumstances are,, receptionists are left to diagnose medical conditions and make a judgement call as to whether you may receive any help,, which us,, the tax payer pay for bye the way,, do yourself and the practice a favour and call 111
