Padiham Group Practice

I phoned spot on 8am, then was in a waiting list of over 30 (which has happened on a few occasions). Twice I have been offered a practitioner nurse, when I really needed a doctor. I had an issue with a nurse, and really needed to see a doctor. I didn't take the appointment, and it seemed reception had no care.

this doctor surgery will kill you they are absolutely useless they dont listen to you at all they book you phone appointments which never come then when you chase it up 6 hours later you get a very rude response like ive annoyed them they have absolutey messed my life up and left me with a condition which has left me deeply depressed i have no idea how they get away with it from sending you for the wrong scans to giving you meds which shouldnt be mixed they prescribed me a med and when i went to collect the pharmacist said no cos the meds cant be mixed its shocking that this practice is still serving the nhs

worst experience with this surgery!! waiting for more than a week a pice after paper that takes 2 seconds to print!!without it my husband can't get a job!!

In a post covid world where we constantly hear of an inability to access GP services and obtain appointments, I am pleased to say this is has never been my experience with Padiham Group Practice. I have always been able to get an appointment on the same day. My family and I have all been really well looked after by the reception staff, senior nurse practitioners and the GPs. The care and professionalism of the whole team and service is extremely good. I cannot thank you enough. Nick Merchant
