        Possibly the worst doctors surgery Ive ever used. Nothing but issues every month. Simple requests like blood tests would go ignored and there would be issues with my medication every month. Was recently told I would have to wait over 5 days without any blood pressure medication because of a miscommunication between them and the pharmacy Any requests to seek advice or speak with a doctor would be blocked by the person on the phone. Any appointment with the doctor is PHONE only and wait time is +1 month. Ive been a member of this surgery for several years and do not know the name of a Doctor that works here. Please avoid!

        If I could give it a zero I certainly would, have to fight with that obnoxious receptionist to get an appointment (Im sure others will know which receptionist I mean) then if you are lucky enough to get past first base and actually see a doctor I hope to god you dont see the male doctor that I saw yesterday 11/04/2023 he was rude abrupt and extremely ruff when examining, he certainly had no compassion and didnt want to help a patient that was clearly unwell, he almost ripped my jumper off my back because I didnt lift it quick enough for him to listen to my chest, while checking my throat that was clearly extremely red sore and swollen he took no care and rammed the stick right down my throat and almost made me sick then bluntly said antibiotics will be sent to the chemist and that was consultation over no goodbye or anything, clearly no communication skills and definitely in the wrong job
