This morning I had half tray full of shopping; I had to self-check out. It is not appropriate. That volume of shopping should be checked out at a till by staff. The manager and a lady member of team were around. I spent 15 minutes checking my shopping out.
The checking out system in this shop is not customer friendly. They open the tills based on the volume of customers' shopping. It always feels like they are doing you a favour by opening the till for you (only if you have enough items in the bag). Not good.
They should go to Lidl Colne and learn.
Clean the place properly!!!
Give the customer better service!!!
