        Exceptional service yesterday from a young man called Josh. He was pleasant, efficient and went the extra mile by taking my heavy boxes out and putting them in my car. Wonderful service, I'm very happy :)

        Don't answer phone goes to answer machine rang up a few times waste of time ringing them why have a phone line if you are not bothering about answering there's no chance lines are busy all the time you might aswell save the phone line rental cost by not having a phone line

        AVOID AT ALL COSTS - extremely rude staff - the manager Sarah was making rules up as she went along. Terrible customer service and did not want to help me as the customer at all. I dont usually leave bad reviews but she was being completely irrational- I cant help but feel its because Im of a BAME background.

        Shouldn't have moved store from where is was .nobody there to help waited for sombody we give up and went to the burnley store got what we wanted from a proper shop
