I am delighted with the treatment I have received at Queensgate Dental Practice. Dr Peram is the friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He came highly recommended. I went to see him to discuss straightening my teeth and having just finished my treatment, I am over the moon with the outcome. Thank you to all the staff at the practice, who are all so very polite and welcoming. Great experience at queensgate dentist with Dr Peram. I booked an appointment to enquire about Invisalign. From the start I was made to feel really comfortable. I had quite s severe cross-bite and my front teeth were all overlapping. After the treatment my cross-bite has been rectified and my teeth are all in line. I couldnt be happier with the end results.

Doctors here are amazing. I am glad that I decide to come here to a Queensgate Dental Practice. After bad experience in other dental practice, I can say that here at Queensgate all doctors are professionals. Special thanks for Dr Deepa. All my family are her patients.

Not a bad experience till I needed to cancel my Denplan, called in to ask and was told by the receptionist that shes updated something and it will be cancelled. Two months later and Im still being charged. Called back only to be told I would have to cancel directly with Denplan and that the receptionist was in training and has since left. Asked who would be responsible for paying 50 for no reason and was told someone will be in contact. 6 months later and no response at all. Called again and was told by the manager that the admin I spoke to the second time had left a note saying she provided me with an email add to contact, when I asked where she is as this needed to be looked into, I was told she no longer works here. Absolute nightmare! Giving a two start instead only because Dr Carlos was amazing.
