I was referred here by a friend after a nightmare of a consultation with another orthodontist. I was told I would need to have 4 of my teeth taken out and spend 2.5 years with braces to close the gaps because of severe overcrowding and receded gums, and spend 4900.00 for treatment. Lecia at lyndhurst disagreed as my teeth were not actually that crowded and gums are fine, and taking out 4 teeth would have ruined my facial profile/shape. She recommended the Damon braces which I would not need to lose teeth for, don't stain, take less time (about 1 year instead of 2.5), are less painful, need less adjustments, and provide a wider smile with a better facial outcome (especially as I'm mid 30s) for nearly 2000 cheaper than what I was quoted previously. I'm about 6 months in and my teeth are already nearly perfect. Lecia is lovely as are a the staff at lyndhurst. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
