The clinic is absolutely amazing, the receptionists are very respectful and most of the staff is always there to help you. However, Dentist Alexandru is disgraceful! He has left many, many patients with undone work. I went mainly for braces, fill-ups and 1 extraction. 2 of the fillings broke in 2 weeks since I been to the clinic, he left 1 of my canine with a hole inside saying he will sort it out on my next appointment (which he didnt) plus he said I dont need braces when at the time it was obvious i needed them.

I recently visited the Colne practice to have a routine check up and also discuss some options regarding a tooth that i am having appearance issues with. Alex explained all my options very clearly to me and put me at ease that it is possible to have something done. Really happy with the appointment and looking forward to have the treatment now.

30+ years ago I had a horrible experience with a dentist from another town. It kept me away from dentists for 3 decades. Needless to say, in time, things got bad... and I had to go for treatment. I think I actually cried with fear the first time I sat in the chair again and the memories instantly returned. Enter the utterly awesome Agnieszka, who has looked after me for the past few years. She has the patience of a saint and has helped me overcome my fears. My treatment has been done calmly, professionally and we share a bit of banter when I arrive. She's always keen to reassure me and will take a moment if I need to compose myself. Always checks I am not in pain, always asks how I am, how the last appointment / treatment has been. I honestly can't thank her enough. The reception staff are pleasant enough and send out text reminders and phone calls the day before to ensure you don't miss an appointment. Practice manager is sweet and all the dental assistants I have met have been pleasant and helpful. This is what all dentists should aspire to be... I so wish I had met her 30 years ago, my life would have been so much better without years of pain and ugly gnashers. Thank you Agnieszka :)
