        I asked for several samples of a diffuser bottles be sent to me over a period of several months. The representative i was corresponding with was absolutely fantastic. About a month ago, I enquired about placing an order around a month ago for these bottles (bear in mind i'd been looking EVERYWHERE for the perfect bottle and size to provide a luxury product) and was told the item was discontinued. I'm not just frustrated that the bottle was discontinued, i frustrated because the new representative wasn't understanding and offered no apology whatsoever, she simply presented another bottle which was noticeably different from the previous one. For that i'm giving them two stars.
