Bad experience ever !! They dont even do what they promised for!!!!

Do not buy any item from this company. I purchased a Hobart Dishwasher and was told if I paid 1000.00 plus VAT, than I will be covered for 3 months warranty. Well I purchased on 6th November 2019, and with 3 weeks was not working. On 03rd December 2019, I kept on calling someone by the name of Jen, and answered my call initially promising some will come. No one came and they have no courtesy to even answer my call. Eventually I got an engineer on my expense who came on Tuesday 03 March 2020, managed to fix, lasted for 2 more weeks and again stopped working. I tried calling Chilleco again but no joy. Finally ended up buying a new one. Been doing business in uk for past 42 years and am 61 years old now. Never in my entire years doing business, I have had an experience like this one. They delivered the product very late.When calling to ask about it, very naughty communication, I've been told that he don't give a f%#k about the product because it was shipped and not their problem any more, Shutting the phone of in my face, twice. Before buying from them, make sure is the best decision that you'll do, as if you are not happy with the product they will pay you back only 70% of value if you try to send it back.
