        Great company to deal with , such a prompt and efficient service . My steam cleaner was repaired the same day , which was fantastic . I highly recommend these people and will definitely use them again .

        I needed a new power hose for an expensive but dated power washer. I ended up in an email exchange with Phil. He was so attentive to detail, that he requested a photo of the hose and jet handle. That received, I collected said hose on a visit to the Colne area, and he gave me detailed guidance how to replace my defective part. I quickly replaced the hose, and can only say that my dealings with NWTC have been superb! Thank you Phil.
