Rob was excellent throughout in every aspect of our interactions. He initially was very clear on what each survey offered. He was always available to contact through email, even when he was on holiday. His report was apt and comprehensive providing a substantial detailed report the day he did the inspection. We was overall extremely pleased with Frost Surveyors. I find it is a rare thing these days to find somebody at the top of their game in the service they represent, Rob achieved that and more. Big thumbs up.

A very efficient and thorough service, I recently had a bereavement in the family and required a valuation of a property for probate purpose. Previously I contacted a different surveyor which said they would contact me and book a day to get it done, 3 weeks later I heard nothing from them. I found Frost surveyors on Google and they were top of the list for reviews and now I know why. Rob was very knowledgeable, reliable and also offered advice on probates as he had been through this before, this came at no extra cost, great guy! I would 100% recommend Frost surveyors if anyone in the Lancashire area is looking for valuations for probate purposes. Thank you Rob.

Second time using Frost Surveyors for our home buyers report with purchasing a property. Due to our first sale falling through I got back in contact with Robert who was happy to arrange the survey for us. Everything was done within a quick time scale for us and our report extremely thorough. Highly recommend Frost surveyors we have been really happy both times we have used them.

Rob contacted me straight away after filling out a form on his website to talk me through his services/quotations. He booked me in straight away and once the survey was complete sent an extremely comprehensive report within 24 hours of the survey. This included a lot of detail as well as pictures. As well as receiving the report within 24 hours, Rob also gave me a ring to talk through it and explain in more detail his findings. This was definitely appreciated being a first time buyer and never having one of these reports before. 100% recommend!
