        I've got one of their water fountains on hire and want to off-hire and arrange collection. How can it be so difficult..! "I'm only the receptionist, I can't do that, there's no-one here who can help , I'll get someone to call back" How long will I wait? Last time it was 4 months before I gave -up and took it to their office and left it on their door step.
