Been going here for a few years now. Always very good service. Polite staff that always do a really good job. Car comes out sparkling.

This place has gone down the drain, the workers, the service everything is absolute shambles! Got a mini valet done had to clean interior again they left everything greasy windows not cleaned car wash was shyt to! The white guy with the jet wash doesnt want to be there everytime you go his attitude stinks! Pendle Carwash you need to get rid of all of them n get some decent workers or come in yourself start washing cars! Dont be robbing people! AVOID AT ALL COSTS PPL THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!! Given this places many chances and tbh has enough. My review was 5 star a year or two ago, but now anymore. You spend more time waiting for your car to be washed then the actual car being washed, and I'm not referring to busy periods. Staff have no interest in doing their jobs but rather spend time on mobile phones. No attention to detail with the basics. I don't expect a detailed car but when a car wash can't clean basic dirt off you know there's an issue. I would recommend Gold Car Wash just round corner, cash only but at least I got a clean car.
