Faz, a genuine honest dealer you can trust After getting ripped off by unscrupulous dealers delivering to me a lovely looking Jaguar XJ but when I took it to get it Wax oiled discovered there was no chassis left to waxoil. I realized the car should never have been issued with a MOT. So sold for scrap loosing hundreds. The next XJ I bought online, as soon as I saw it drive onto my car park I realized I had been had. they must have photo shopped their pictures. Another unscrupulous dealer, another big loss of 100's of 's. So no car and little money left I searched on Auto Trader for a cheep petrol auto and I see this very tidy looking 2002 BMW coupe. I called and spoke to Faz who immediately came across as a genuine guy. We agreed a price and he delivered the car. It was exactly how he had described it, The car has since been faultless, apart from 2 minor things going wrong. The front window switch and the petrol tank vent unit. No problem for Faz he sent me a front window switch with instructions to install it and I did it in 10 minutes. The petrol tank vent unit cost almost 50 when I ordered it online. Within 15 minutes Faz had sent the money to my account. It was an easy job to fit. What a lovely chap, took my son to buy a car, one of the best experiences we have had, no pressure selling, Faz was very informative. Slight issue the following week but Faz rectified the issue immediately. This is when you know a garage is good. Would recommend to anyone. First Class!

Brilliant service, I got a fair trade in price for our old car and Faz delivered my new Landy to me in a day. There were some personal touches like tips for how to look after the car and the car is in mint condition. Faz was helpful and answered all our questions I highly recommend Burnley Car Sales.

Just literally called here. The guy who was touching up cars with what looked to be mail varnish, I went over to him and he just said "yes, can I help you" I asked for some more information on a Peugeot I saw and the way he talked to me was not professional, he said "bring someone who knows what they are talking about" after asking about 1 car. I said to him, you won't get many sales talking to people like that and just carried on touching up his car. Definitely not professional or has people skills
