I bought a car (Mercedes E250) from this company and the engine fault light flashed up 1 hour after I took over the car :( And the 6 months warranty that they provide (of course) doesn't cover that kind of issue. Actually, before leaving London to buy this car from Burnley (250 miles), I had gotten verbal (by telephone) and written (by email) confirmation from the seller confirming that there is no fault in the car. I took over the car and started my journey towards London. But after 1 hour later, when I'm on the highway, the engine light flashed up. It was late and dark, and I thought it may be a temporary thing and completed my journey to London. The next day I went to a Mercedes specialist. They connected the car to the diagnostics device and they said at least $1800 should be spent and the timing chain, tensioner, and 2 camshaft gears must be changed. The specialist turned off the engine light but it again came back 1 hr later. I contacted another service and they kept the car overnight and the next day they came with the same result. The engine was making weird noise when the motor is cold during the first start-up. I contacted the seller and they wanted the car back for a refund. I didn't want to go back that long way with the car with that engine fault light on and requested them to take the car with their delivery service. (I know they deliver their cars if you pay 350). They didn't want to pay this price and wanted me to take the car back. I drove that way as slower as I can. The journey that generally takes 4.5 hours took 7 hours for me. They didn't even say sorry and instead, they said "If you can drive here, the engine should be ok". I spent 450 as cancellation fees for car insurance, road cover insurance, Mercedes service fees, fuel, and other travel expenses from London to Burnley (2 times) and I spent too much time end energy, but as a result I had nothing!

Do not listen to the waffle reply written below. They had no intention of taking it to a "qualified mechanic", they lied to my face about the problem and then got angry saying "I was not a mechanic" which is ironic really. I walked away because I wanted to talk about the problem so that it would be fixed for me to buy the car. This did not happen owner was immediately angry and so therefore I walked away. I was very willing to buy the car, I drove 3 hrs to come and look at it, owner had zero intentions of fixing very obvious mechanical faults with the car. I have never been to such a unprofessional place. Owner was rude, cars were poorly presented and unclean. I went to view a v60 t6 (1 of three that premier autos had in stock). Car had a clear mechanical fault, a grinding noise from the aux area, likely the Volvo READ system failing. When I asked the owner about it, he fobbed it off as "needing ac re-gassed". When I told him that was not the case as, I could see the condenser clutch engaging and disengaging, when disengaged noise was still there. After I told him it couldn't be the ac, he immediately snapped, telling me he wasn't a mechanic and neither was I. At this point I walked away. Never been so shocked at a business, expecting to get 10k for the cars I was viewing. Zero prep of cars for sale, zero mechanical knowledge of owner. Would not go near this place.
