After reading some of the reviews on here, Im guessing I needed to live nearby. Unfortunately I live in Essex and am currently trying to purchase a car over the phone. Ive given 2 because everyone is very polite otherwise it would be 1 . If youre the type of person who is happy paying large deposits for a car and then having to chase, chase, chase to get an update on your car then Im sure youll be happy. After paying over a 13k deposit I was told I would get a call back as soon as the accounts dept confirmed the payment. I had to phone back 4 days later to find out it had gone through ok. Before this I was having to make 3-4 calls some days being told every time someone would ring back shortly and no one ever did, leaving me to try again the next day!! My last call was Wednesday morning when I was trying to get confirmation my car was going to be delivered Monday (tomorrow) and was told I would get a call back later that day. Im assuming my car isnt being delivered tomorrow as Ive heard nothing since. I can honestly say, if it wasnt for the fact that my wife wants this particular car because its a very unusual spec Id have and gone elsewhere. Dont normally write reviews but just want others who dont live locally and would like a half decent service to be aware that youre unlikely to get it from this dealer. UPDATE!! So after talking to Martin from the dealership I have decided to change my score. He apologised for the lack of communication and has gone above and beyond today to get my car to me for tomorrow. Thank you
