Burnley Bus Company

The Drivers in this firm are rude, have no customer service skills and blatantly just drive on past bus stops when clearly waiting with hand out which just happened (anyone from this shambles wants to contact me ill happily give you the details but I've learnt if the workers don't give a toss then usually means it's because those seat warmers don't either

i got on the bus to sabden on the 03/03/2022 the bus sets of from burnley/clitheroe v sabden the time was 12 .58 at the stop i got on i got my ticket and before i could get to my seat the bus set off i fell up the steps half way down the bus, then the night mare started the driver must have drove that bus at a speed of 40/45 miles a hour down padiham the new road works bumps in padiham i dont think he so them the country lanes to sabden it was a night mare the older gentlman in front of me rang the bell but he was going past the stop i had to call out the driver needs to be told its a bus not a F1 racing car or sacked

It's ok because 9f covid they have made a lot of seats unusable. That not grate as I need crutches to walk. Most do give up the seat of I ask nicely.
