        Took my daughters bike for a repair over the weekend. Didn't have to book. the repair was done instantly and the chap was super friendly and full of great advice. Very reasonable price too

        Extremely rude shop keeper. Very little customer service skills. Does not know how to interact with kids and is rude towards them. Unnecessarily argumentative. I was previously informed by a friend that he made a disrespectful and unnecessary comment on the clothing of his wife whilst she was at the shop.

        Went to the shop to buy a bike stand and the owner was so rude, he was being so rude to a 60 year old man, I would not recommend you going to this shop because the customer service is the worst!!
