Really happy with the service. I booked 2 BMX race bikes in for replacement brake hoses and bleed on Hope brakes. Work was completed on the agreed day, to an excellent standard and great value for money. Will definitely go back.

I bought a 2nd hand mountain bike a few months ago and after riding it fairly heavily quite a few times I thought it'd be a good idea to get it serviced and looked at by a professional due to time constraints and convenience. I found the bicycle doc on Instagram and I'm glad I did. The price is very competitive and fair and the service is great. Its rare these days you can get anyone or any business to actually turn up on time as agreed and fully uphold all verbal agreements to the letter but this business does and its a refreshing change. On top of that the actual service is professional and efficient with collection and drop off etc. I got the thorough service package but regardless of the maintenance contents included in the service, I felt that the whole service was more tailored and personal with regards to my actual bike as opposed to just a set check list. I received a comprehensive report on the maintenance and mechanical condition of the bike with some good, honest and in depth feedback on what will be required in the future based upon ride frequency. I will certainly use the bicycle doc again.
