Pendle Bike Racks

Before buying I contacted Pendle Bikes by phone twice with various questions - on both occasions I received clear detailed answers from the person I spoke to, indicating a clear full understanding of their products and their level of professionalism. I purchased their tow-bar mounted W4 (four bike rack). It was delivered quickly, with clear text and graphical instructions for assembly, although a young child could have worked it out, it's that simple! The rack is very visible to other drivers, very strong and extremely well designed. The rear lights are quite bright and easily seen and fitting to the two-bar is a breeze. I mount 2 e-bikes at 22kg each and the wheels fit perfectly into the wheel structs and, although I don't think it's specifically designed for it, the design also allows the for the use of padlocks to lock the bikes to the rack to deter opportunist thieves - perfect. I cannot recommend Pendle Bike Racks enough - very professional outfit manuafacturing products that arre perfect for purpose. Perhaps a bike cover while in transit would be a worthwhile addition?

I personally am in the military and I like things to be simple, effective and robust. The simplistic nature of the design makes it quick to construct. When the bikes are loaded, with ease, there is little to no movement highlighting its effectiveness to transport bikes safely. My dad had a set when I was growing up and they never missed a beat. One of the best purchases I have ever made (with regards to Biking) and would recommend there products above all others. The whole family can now go further exploring on our bikes without any hassle. Very very happy.

Absolutely the best bike racks out there. Ive had so many Thule racks that dont suit modern shaped bikes these are super adjustable well built and the customer service and knowledge is second to none I could go on for ages about how their swan neck system is the only one that works well and how when I needed effectively a customer rack from their parts they helped me build it. My new landrover defender tyre was the issue but it was solved easily with Pendle thanks Chris for all your help

Always had good service. Strong well made products, easy to set up and have aged well. Wouldn't use any other brand.
