        It is UNSAFE, in bedroom with the gas boiler the smoke detector is covered by a plastic bag and tape!! The ceilings are very high so would need to use a step ladder to reach it (none on the property) There is NO carbon monoxide detector in bedroom or in the entire property.In the bathroom next to the shower is the ceiling light (bare bulb hanging down)There is only one entrance and exit as the back door is locked with NO key.
