        Excellent customer service from Lubna at the No. 7 counter. She did a thorough skin consultation using the Pro Derm Scan and recommended some skin care products and foundations. She also did a party makeover for me which I was very impressed with. She is a kind, talented beauty consultant. I'd highly recommend her.

        Popped to the opticians for a glasses screwdriver - waited approx 5 mins at the till before being acknowledge, almost left without making a purchase but luckily saw what I needed then waited another 5 mins at the till to pay. Won't be going back as it should have taken no more than 2 mins to get what I needed.
