Bought extensions from here . Was told that it was 100% real hair . No it wasnt , the hair was very luggy , stood away from my own hair , wouldnt blend with my own hair . . I always look after my hair , buy the correct products for extensions , but this hair was absolutely terrible . I rang my friend who does extensions and he came out and agreed that it wasnt real human hair it was synthetic and ordered me some more hair from his supplier . What a waste of money !!!! The hair was called Bellisima .

Came in today, straight away was asked if i needed help to which i declined but when the lady working saw me struggling to find what i was looking for, even though i declined the help she rushed over to help me. was really nice of her and made my day

Went in for a scaffold piercing and they explained why it wouldnt be the best for the shape of my ears which was really good. Some people would have just done it anyway. Got another piercing instead and they were brilliant, definitely going back for another when this has healed!!
