Showed them a picture of what I wanted, (a picture of a cut they did for me a month or so previous), I had my head back my head back relaxing, and the bloke cut off the point of my beard, I should have paid more attention to what was going on, especially since he was doing it whilst talking to someone in video chat. When I tried to say I was unhappy, they man tried to gaslight me saying it was what I had asked for, then tried to comb and brush it longer with a hair dryer only succeeding in burning me. Shouldnt have trusted him to know what he was doing, Wont be making this mistake again.
