Disgraceful engagement with a staff member called Amanda. Clearly judged myself and my brother for what we had on (we had been moving into our new office round the corner therefore in casual attire). I asked a very simple and sensible question extremely politely and the response was beyond rude. Save your money and try a local rival - there are several only a storms throw away!
