        Excellent service and shockingly impressive lead time on the items they didn't have in stock. Very knowledgeable staff, happy to offer advice and even ordered in extra parts I might need just in case, without being asked too. Now my first choice for car parts supplier.

        They seem to really know their stuff here and went to find what I needed, researched it and came back with advice. They actually talked themselves out of a sale rather than let me buy the wrong thing and risk damaging my car. Great place and staff, I will be going back.

        Ordered several items. Wasnt called to say they were in. I called them a week later and they said they were in. Went down the next day to their Burnley branch. Staff said theyd been sent back. No apologies and trying to blame me by saying it was all my fault. I took the day off to service my van and now I cant. Frustrating. The 1* is for the staffs attitude, it was awful.
