Lee has been a fantastic support throughout our renovation project. He made some excellent suggestions on how we could improve the layout, always delivered on time with consistent attention to detail and remained committed to overseeing the smooth progression of the build. Overall, we have found him to be professional, flexible, creative and responsive a pleasure to work with.

We used Lee and LMC to plan our extensive house extension and renovation.He was extremely helpful in advising us in all aspects of what would and wouldn't be possible,costing options,planning and building regulations etc. Lee made a daunting project easy to see on his drawn up plans.A great professional service which I would highly recommend . Lee is a great architect. He saved the day on a commercial to residential HMO we are developing by taking a non compliant design from another architect firm and quickly came up with a solution that ticked all the boxes for HMO, building control and fire safety regulations. Without Lee's input tens of thousands of pounds of investment would've gone to waste. A huge thanks and we look forward to further projects with you on board. Kay and Sons Limited
