MHA Belvedere Manor - Residential & Dementia Care Home

My sister was there,it's like a hotel in the dining room,but it's very friendly, lovely rooms good food,thngs to do in the day time, hairdresser, gardens

Having worked at Belvedere Manor for the last 3 years I am sad, that due to family circumstances I am having to give up my position within the home. This has been the happiest 3 years in my working career! The home is run by caring and wonderful staff who go above and beyond to provide outstanding care for the residents. I will miss my Belvedere family so much! I would also like to thank the management at Belvedere for all the support they have shown me throughout the last few months during a difficult personal time and for their investment in my career with MHA, I was always treated with dignity and respect and felt at all times that I was a valued member of the team. Thank you all, and good wishes for the future to all Management, staff and residents at Belvedere Manor. Dawn

My father in law was a resident for nearly 4 years, he has dementia, the place its self is lovely and the staff pleasent, he was quite happy there, but the present manager wasn't happy with him and made it clear he wanted him to leave, saying he was getting difficult even though they are supposedly equipped to deal with dementia patients, it's been upsetting for the family and not easy finding somewhere suitable for him. It's also brought to light that people in care homes have No rights. I wouldn't recommend this home.
