Sarah is an excellent teacher. I have known her and attended her yoga classes for many years.She is knowledgeable, supportive and stimulating. No one class is ever the same and I am always impressed how she will introduce new posture work that I have never done before. She manages to cater for everyone, at any level, to benefit from her classes. With a thorough knowledge of anatomy, Sarah is always able to explain the benefits of each posture and available to offer advice on particular physical conditions if required. I cannot rate Sarah highly enough as a wonderful advocate of yoga.
