First class service from start to finish. We just purchased a Brian James T6 Transporter from Alex and the team. Everyone there was extremely helpful through the whole process. Looking forward to going back for another one in a couple of years. Thanks again.

EDITED review Backstory... The work they did on Our Trailers was Sub Standard. They kept removing my Reviews. Things dropping off trailer held on with Mastic.. Number plate holder. New wheel arches had not been fixed fast. Or fastened properly and had Rattled loose on a short 6 mile journey from collection. We had to add washers and tighten those that had Washers... My messages to you received no response. I have had no apologies about the poor condition of workmanship, considering you had the trailers for 3 months. I have video and photo evidence to back up my claims. I always provide 100% service, and I expect the same in return. In my opinion and assumption, you had at some point great engineers in the past, and they have moved on elsewhere. As you said to me, it was just yourself and an agency worker. I don't doubt you once had a great team and output. Your reviews got me there in the 1st place. You seemed a real nice, genuine guy. But when I questioned your work, you got defensive. I was angry when the number plate holder fell off! As the Hirer of my trailer sent me the pictures! If it had dropped on the motorway they had just been travelling on, it could have bounced through someones Windscreen and caused a fatal accident. "I" would have been liable, hence my frustration and anger due to the Jeopardy You had put me in. This is why Construction & Use Regulations are in place. Mastic or no nails Adhesive only is NOT within those regulations. 2 pop rivets would have been more suitable. I "should" of Reported this to DVSA. I just won't recommend or use your services again instead. Found a great firm in Datchet. DVSA approved We do a Pre Delivery inspection on our trailers. That's how we picked up on these issues. Except for the number plate Holder! General Public are not going to be any the Wiser they will assume everything is tiptop. No longer angry, I'm just disappointed.
