        Fab customer service! I ordered the wrong trim and there was no issue returning it and getting a replacement ordered

        Were quick to respond before I ordered but when laying I found virtually every panel delivered was damaged in some way, some quite extensively and clearly not all damage could have been done during delivery. I contacted the company for comment including pictures of damage and, what a surprise, have heard nothing! Very poor service. Was mainly seeking reassurance that, as they were so easily damaged, they would survive long term use as they weren't exactly cheap but didn't even get cursory email. 50-30mm product used
