        Enjoyed a lovely spa day as a pre birthday treat - all the staff at the hotel were amazing and made the day extra special . The manager Ian was fantastic - on arrival gave us a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him which made everything so enjoyable . The waitresses and bar staff were very attentive and a special thank you to Salman for a last minute desert birthday surprise which so was nice of him . The spa treatment rooms were very relaxing and had a lovely ambience. Erika the massage therapist was excellent and is highly recommended, she is very calming and made us feel so relaxed, we will definitely be back soon . Thank you all for a such a lovely day.
