Parking was reasonable & the walkway to the beach from the car park was sturdy and durable even in damp weather.
I'm not sure how it would be for a family to trek from the car park with all the beach gear - it's a little way to get to good sand. Then if the tide is out it's a heck of a trip for a paddle!
Perfect for dog walking though.
