The sandwich was squashed and packed so tightly the bread had split everywhere making it had to pick up. It looked like Mike Tyson had had a falling out with it.
Add to that the server doesn't know the difference between a pickle and a jalapeo the flavour wasn't exactly a great combination when you're wanting something with a bit of a kick and you get soggy pickle. Nobody wants a soggy pickle.
And the most minor of all it was a footling and wasn't cut. Like I said, minor because the thing was already falling apart. It just didn't feel like it was worth the effort to return to the shop to say anything at that point.
