Popped to this pub for a family meal having never been there before. Arrived at 6pm to find it very busy but was escorted to a table straight away. Despite lots of people there the food was ordered and arrived very quickly all piping hot. The food was stunning and the service was top notch. The manager was visible and was evident his staff respect him. You don't usually see managers clear tables and ask if the meals are OK. A real pleasant place, made to feel welcome and great value for money. Jamie deserves a pat on the back for running a smooth service

Stopped in for a drink and bite to eat, not being sure what to order. Staff were all friendly, jamie was extremely helpful giving me the best out of my experience and recommending an amazing meal

Friendly service by Jamie and the rest of the staff, had crispy chicken, cooked perfectly. Had a pint of thatchers haze that didn't taste right, Jamie offered to replace free of charge, hence the 5 stars. Good meal, would recommend
