All was good until they made a mistake. I ordered 300 generic cups about a month in advance for when I needed them for my daughters school fair. They didnt arrive on the day they were supposed to despite me ordering them in advance and factoring in a few days grace. When I called them to enquire, they said theyd look into it and come back to me. I called back after waiting a while to learn that theyd apparently sorted it. By this they meant theyd sent them via Royal Mail next day but they couldnt tell me when theyd arrive. I explained that this wasnt a solution as the event was the next morning. At this point they stopped listening and didnt really seem to care about helping to rectify their error. In total I ended up spending about 1.5 hours speaking to two guys until finally they put me on the phone to The Director. This guy admitted that their logistics team simply didnt send the cups. He also took time to explain that theyd gone above and beyond. I asked him what he meant by this, given that I still didnt have the cups he explained he was talking about how theyd performed for other clients (lol!). Anyway long story short. I had to arrange for my own courier to collect them at a cost of 235(!). They refused to contribute to this cost, and as a result I didnt pay for the cups (which were 140) - they still think I should pay for the cups, and then theyll refund me 100 I mean, what!? The way I see it, Im out of pocket by 95 and I wasted my time with these jokers. I never usually take the time to write these sorts of reviews, but I was really frustrated by their complete lack of willingness to do the right thing. The whole approach was about P&L, they should have sent the cups via courier at their cost, as I did. Avoid if youre a little client, these guys dont care.
