        I contacted several (5) local plumbers and central heating specialists on Friday 4th December due to my central heating stopping. All were on voicemail. Chris was the only one that answered his mobile, purely because he was on leave. Je then remotely went through a checklist with me and diagnosed the 3 way valve at fault. He advised that the part was circa 90 and that it would be at least 2hrs of labour as the system would have to be drained down to replace. However, what Chris did next was show me a safe temporary work around that allowed me to have my heating permanently on....so no freezing xmas for me! Am very grateful to Chris and will ensure that I will be using him and recommending him in the future. Enjoy your break with your family Chris! :O) Service: Water heater repair
