Jenny was recommended to me through a friend because I suffer with C-pstd and I was struggling with pain and fatigue, Jenny was understanding from the first 'get to know you call' it was such a relief, the first movement session was difficult with some trauma release, never at any point did I feel unsafe, with support and encouragement I continue to move. I am still learning to listen to my body but I have definitely improved I can mostly tell if I am in the fight - flight mode that I have been living in for years, I can also recognise when I am relaxed, Jenny always takes time to 'check in' with your body, so you are in the present moment and not in your head. I have moments that amaze me to feel the difference of movement in the correct way, wow, I often swear alot Conscious Pilates is a caring, supportive and safe place to find the 'lost you' truly second to none.

I heard about Jenny via a trusted source as I was keen to try the Franklin Method. Jenny did not disappoint. Her depth of anatomy and physiology knowledge combined with her calm and kind manner made an hour long session with her feel like 10 minutes. My shoulders feel so much better since our sessions. I would recommend her 100%

I had an amazing day at the retreat put on by Jenny. We started with a get together over coffee followed by a very relaxing Pilates session, which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Lunch was absolutely delicious and as it was a nice day we sat outside . In the afternoon there was a sound bath that was amazing. I would highly recommend this.
