Tesco Pharmacy

What has happened to this Pharmacy? It really has gone down hill over the last 3-4 months. My prescriptions are never ready on time anymore. I have to wait over 7 days after my doctor has authorised my medication. Which simply isn't good enough! I have many underlying medical issues. So if I don't have my medication on time then I become seriously ill however, they always blame that the drivers haven't arrived with their stock or it won't be ready till the following day. Too many excuses! While you're at it improve your communication skills, answer the telephone.

Disgusting, they never had anything I needed in stock since I've lived here (2019). And what's worse, they do not care.

Awful service from who girl who neither knew or cared ,try to buy suppositories,for Hemorrhoids, No.. if we do they will be in the Shop. That's the Bottom line ,ha no pun without a full stories very brief .No we don't. If they don't have them not much of a Pharmacy. Or if they can't discuss it,or find a knowledgeable person . That asked your Pharmacist Add ! Then not much good either. Young girl like a a Character from Katherine Tate . Wasted Journey i remember why i stopped using them in the first place

Incredibly grateful for the pharmacy at Tescos. Theyve been really supportive through a confusing health period, and Im really thankful for one lady in particular whos gone above and beyond to ensure I receive my prescription. Always friendly with fabulous customer service, highly recommended :)
